The West Norfolk Netball Summer League came to an exciting close this month, with 12 teams competing across two competitive divisions at Lynnsport on Tuesday evenings.

With games held at 7.30pm and 8.30pm, the league saw high energy and outstanding performances from players across the region.

In Division One, Bassetts dominated the leaderboard, finishing with an impressive 60 points, followed closely by Nightingales, who secured second place with 46 points.

Special congratulations goes to Lucy Barnes and Alice Miller, who were each named Player of the Match four times throughout the season.

Division Two saw a tight contest as well, with Top Spec Ladies taking the top spot with 56 points, and Pink Panthers close behind on 50 points.

Congratulations to Ilaria Pezzella, Molly Sands, Libby Smith and Cara Snowdon, who all earned four Player of the Match awards during the summer league.

A huge thank you goes to Alive Lynnsport for providing such excellent facilities, and to the dedicated umpires whose professionalism and commitment keep the game running smoothly each week.

With the summer season now wrapped up, preparations are already underway for the Winter League, and players aged 16–19 are especially encouraged to get involved.
