Striker leaves Linnets for pastures new

King’s Lynn Town striker Ben Stephens has today parted company with the club.On a day that Gold Omotayo returned to Norfolk, Stephens has signed for Harborough Town in the Southern League Premier Central.A brief statement from the Linnets read: “The club can confirm Ben Stephens has left the club and joined Harborough Town.”We wish nothing but the best for a player who always gave his all and we thank him for his efforts.”Having started his career with Oadby Town, Stephens arrived at the Walks from Barwell in the summer of 2022.He made 63 starts and 18 appearances from the bench, scoring 16 goals during his time at the club.Stephens was troubled by injury and a loss of confidence last season.
