Returning King’s Lynn favourite Richard Lawson believes all the ingredients are in place for a successful 2025 season.Lawson is back in the side for the PSH Environmental Stars this year after racing for ROWE Motor Oil Premiership rivals Leicester in both 2023 and 2024.But he was never too far away from the Adrian Flux Arena last year in particular with several guest appearances which showed once again how well he goes on the circuit, and he’s been impressed by the club’s winter team building.Lawson said: “I think the side that they’ve built is really solid – I don’t see any weak points.“It’s exciting. They’ve kept in touch with me over the winter and I think everyone’s quietly confident.“I think the fans are due some success. Over the past few years, they’ve built decent sides and just for one reason or another, it’s never worked out for them. I feel like they’re doing things right this year so we should be in for a good season.”You can read much more from Lawson discussing his return to the club in this week’s issue of Speedway Star magazine (w/e Feb 1). Meanwhile, Lynn are pleased to report a very positive uptake on season tickets with under two months remaining until the start of the campaign. The PSH Environmental Stars’ team for 2025 has been well received by supporters, and there’s plenty of excitement about the year ahead.Season tickets offer a considerable discount of around £85 on the equivalent cost of attending all meetings individually and buying a programme. They are priced at £273 (adults), £243 (concessions/students) and £50 (children 12-15) to cover 13 home Stars matches – the 12 regular Premiership fixtures, and the opening KO Cup tie against Oxford, and a programme is included with adult and concession season tickets. Co-promoter Dale Allitt said: “The indications over the first six weeks or so that the season tickets have been on sale are very good.“People seem to be happy with the team that’s been put together, and the feedback especially has been that they’re excited about the entertainment value we can expect from our riders this year. “They can still apply for season tickets, either by downloading and printing the form on the website, or in person at the Nicolai Klindt night on February 6.”Online applications can be made via the website form in the ticket office section, and sent via e-mail to kingslynn.season.tickets@gmail.comA reminder that tickets for the Klindt night can be purchased from outstars23club@gmail.com
