Motorsport fans are in for a treat this weekend as King’s Lynn’s Adrian Flux Arena plays host to Micro Mayhem, a high-octane night of racing and wrecking.
The action-packed event, taking place on Saturday evening, promises 15 races and two destruction derbies, with more than 150 cars already signed up.
The headline act is the Micro Banger UK Championship, a crowd favourite renowned for its relentless crashes and unpredictable drama.
Top contenders include Sam Coote (155), who topped the qualifying points table and will be keen to convert that form into silverware.
Hot on his tail will be Lewis Godfrey (93) and Callum Gill (757), the latter a rapid operator on the Lynn shaleway, looking to add another accolade to his already impressive career.
Another storyline to follow is William Cartwright (669), stepping up from the Junior Bangers for his adult debut.
The bill doesn’t stop there. The 1600cc bangers will bring their own brand of smash-and-crash excitement, while the ever-popular 1300 stock cars promise door-to-door battles as local heavyweights fight for supremacy.
The next generation will also be on display in the Junior Bangers, where rising star Daisy Reynolds (312) is tipped to shine after a string of eye-catching performances.
With the pits full and the grandstands expected to follow, organisers are urging fans to book early.
Advance tickets not only come cheaper but also offer free entry for children aged 11 and under when purchased online at www.stockcar-racing.co.uk
