Andy and Tricia Cole ran the Twin Lakes 20 miler in Milton Keynes.
It was a tough day on the course with the off road bits being quite muddy. However that didn’t stop the March stars.
Andy finished in 2:28:47 – another fantastic time.
Tricia continued her fine running form as she recorded a superb time of 3:47:13.
