Goalkeeper Tommy Dixon-Hodge has parted company with King’s Lynn Town. The 23-year-old shot-stopper has joined Royston Town for an undisclosed fee, subject to FA and league approval. He made just one appearance in the National League North last season during Lynn’s 3-0 defeat at Spennymoor Town on the final day of the campaign.Dixon-Hodge made 12 appearances in total for the Linnets but saw his opportunities limited in a Blue and Gold shirt down to the excellent form of veteran stopper Paul Jones between the sticks. He arrived at the Walks on dual registration with Malden & Tiptree as cover for Jones when he was injured.Dixon-Hodge agreed to a deal until 2025 with the option of a further year before suffering a long-term injury. He was never able to win back the number one jersey from Jones.
