Ross Crane fired Lynn in front at the Kuflink Stadium, before the National League South Ebbsfleet levelled the scores in the final minute of the game through Gene Kennedy.
Lynn’s next pre-season outing comes at Stamford on Tuesday night before concluding their summer preparations against Spalding United at The Walks on Saturday.

Lynn begin their National League North season at home to AFC Telford the following Saturday (August 9).
Elsewhere this afternoon, Heacham were held to a goalless draw by Hadleigh United on the opening afternoon of the new Thurlow Nunn Premier Division season.
Next up for the Magpies is a home game against Fakenham Town on Tuesday night (7.45pm).
