KLSC FC Reserves bounced back from last weekend’s county cup defeat with a comprehensive 6-1 win against AFC Lynn Reserves.
Daniel Berry claimed the match ball with a sublime hat-trick, and other goals were added by Harry Carter, Jay Russell, and substitute Jacob Bromfield.
Table toppers, Reffley, entertained West Lynn at River Lane.
Tom Edwards was the star man with four goals in the home side’s 6-2 win.
Ryan Barnes also found the net for the reds along with Dion Evans who now has twelve goals in eight games.
A local derby took place at Terrington as they welcomed Clenchwarton to Church Way.
Kodie Turvey found the target on three occasions for Terrington, with Charlie Rudland and an Own Goal ensuring a 5-2 victory.
Liam Cocksedge and Kelly Hails scored for Clenchwarton.
Watlington Reserves secured a well earnt point against unbeaten Docking Rangers.
Docking have had a tremendous start to the season and took the lead through James Boyden.
Tom Gilbert was on target for Watlington as claim a credible point.
Dersingham Reserves were in county cup action in the previously postponed fixture against Attleborough Reserves.
The West Norfolk side ran out comfortable 4-1 winners.
Several Division Two sides were in Primary Cup action, including Weeting Saxons. Saxons found themselves 2-0 down at half-time to Madra FC but flipped the game on its head thanks to a Daniel Murphy double and Paul Carr.
Madra found an equaliser with 10 minutes to play but the talented Murphy popped up to complete his treble and secure a quarter-final place for Weeting.
Watlington Development will be Weeting’s opponents in the next round after their penalty win against fellow NWNFL side, West Winch.
The game finished 4-4 after 90 minutes as goal scorers included Danny Hannigan, Josh Thompson, Les Barry and Jordan Clifford.
Dersingham A welcomed Hockering FC to West Norfolk.
The score at half time was 3-2 to Dersingham.
Goalscorers for Hockering were Joshua Cox and Jamie Kenn, and Dersingham replied through a bullet header from Kieran O’Grady and two well-worked goals from Chay Sharpin.
The second half was a tight affair and, the legendary, Anton Ely scored a great goal.
Hockering’s pressure paid off and scored a goal through Liam Plunkett followed by two goals, one from Robbie Lorean and another in the final minutes from Jamie Keen, to win the game.
Docking Reserves were comprehensive victors against Cowley Wanders.
Thomas Hawkings hit a double hattrick as Ryan English, Joe Leverett, Harvey West and Ross Woodhouse were also on target.
Goals from Alex Kirby and Samuel Garner couldn’t prevent The Woottons from their first loss of the season.
They went down 5-2 at Electra FC.
Finally, Shouldham FC made it two wins in two games with a 5-3 win against KLSC FC A.
Scorers were Max Barratt, William Dixon, Paddy Srikunna and Reece Ashman.
