Ghosts start pre-season fixtures on Friday

Fakenham Town start their pre-season fixtures on Friday and have also released a list of the players they have retained from last season.The Ghosts, who finished ninth in the Thurlow Nunn Eastern Counties League Premier Division last campaign, kick-off their fixtures against Gorleston at a neutral venue on Friday evening.They then travel to play Swaffham Town on Tuesday, July 9 before a trip to play Lowestoft Town on Saturday, July 13. On Friday, July 19 they entertain Wroxham before their final friendly at home to Long Stratton on Tuesday, July 23.Alex Walpole continues as manager, assisted by Neil Jarvis and Stephen Harvey, with Alan McRoberts physiotherapist.Players retained from last season are: Jake Watts, Josh Youngs, Joe Keeley, Lewis Sturman, Mitch Raspberry, Luke Pearson, Lewis Bonner, Fin Page, Jayden Wright, Jude Frostick, Jay Myhill, Jack Robinson, Ben Terry, Alex Rodway-Brown, Aiden Brown, Jake Poore, Josh Blower and Tanatswa Malenguka.
