Four-formula action at Lynn’s Adrian Flux Arena

Following a week off, stock car and banger racing returns to the Adrian Flux Arena on Bank Holiday Monday (1pm).

Four formulas will be in action at the Adrian Flux Arena in the shape of the two-litre stock cars, two-litre bangers, 1500cc bangers and Reliant Robins.

A fantastic entry of cars are expected including many West Norfolk drivers.

Austen Freestone heads the local entry of two-litre stock cars and he will be looking to take advantage of a downgrading to the A Grade which will mean he will start closer towards the front of the grid.

Levi List was in great form last time at Lynn and his move on to shale in 2022 is already paying dividends as his confidence is growing on the loose-surfaced tracks.

He too will be looking to take advantage of a downgrading as he moves to the B Grade.

Hunstanton’s Chris Masters made his first appearance for several years earlier in the month and having enjoyed himself is also back on track.

Troy Cobbett will have a busy day as he looks to compete in both the two-litre bangers and the 1500cc banger classes.

Joining him in the two-litre bangers is Kieran Bowman who will be looking to recapture the form which has seen him win the entertainer league for the last three seasons but has had a below par start to 2023 so far.

Lewis Godfrey also makes a welcome appearance whilst Ashley Garrod is always guaranteed to be amongst the pacesetters.

Many of our resident 1500 banger drivers will be in action in the lower cc class including Dan Bitson, Paul Lovick, Alex Smith, Sam Hildon and father-and-son duo Kevin and Rhys Mills.

A great entry of drivers with some real quality local names should give plenty for local fans to cheer.
