Manager Brit Hay thanked BarbedWire Electrical Services for their support and said: “These girls are a great bunch, and the football they play is just amazing.”

The team hosted St Neots on Saturday and proved too strong for St Neots to remain unbeaten with their first game of 2024.

A convincing team performance saw them walk away as 8-0 winners, and with another clean sheet from both goalkeepers and the defence.

Player-of-the-match was Fearne Russell.
