Cross Country season starts

Three Counties Running Club Members couldn’t wait for the cross-country season to start and what better way than at Shouldham?

The series hosted by Ryston Runners takes place in the woods at Shouldham. There are six races in the series: two at 5k, two at 6.5k and two at 9k.

There are age category results in every race and if runners complete three of the series with each being a different distance they get a special race momento.
