King’s Lynn Town have reduced ticket prices to just a FIVER for the clash with Oxford City. The February 18 game will be Lynn’s second home game in the space of a few days with Hereford due to visit for a National League North game this Saturday. And the Linnets are hoping to attract a bumper crowd to help back manager Adam Lakeland’s continued bid to lead the club to promotion.Linnets chairman Stephen Cleeve said: “I understand that life is a little uncertain at the moment and times are tough but we need the town behind the club at this crucial stage of the season.”We are a one-club town and without your support the club has nothing.”We want to make it easy for supporters to come and see what we are doing and this offer allows you to come for far less than any other leisure activity locally.”As a club, we rely heavily on gate revenue to survive so by doing this we are putting our faith in the community that they will come on board and support us and become part of our team. “If the experiment is a success the offer may well be repeated. A family of four can watch the game for just £12, which for a live event I think is tremendous value.” Adult and concession prices for seating and standing are £5 for The Hoops’ visit, with children aged 16 and under paying just £1.The prices are the same for seating and standing areas and must be purchased online from the club’s website before the day of the game.Anyone purchasing tickets on the day of the ground will be charged £10.
