West Winch U16s receive sponsored rain jackets

Under-16 footballers from West Winch are prepared for all types of weather thanks to a new sponsorship deal.The club would like to thank Burwell Maintenance Ltd for the sponsorship of rain jackets.Coach Brett Rix said: “It’s great to have a local company sponsor West Winch grassroots football club that has limited funds to purchase these types of things. “West Winch U16s are in the Norfolk Combined Youth League Premier Division, which incorporates lots of travelling.”The dedication of the West Winch team and parents is second to none as most away journeys are more than an hour’s drive,” added Rix.”The core of this side has been together from the U7s and is looking to potentially finish their grassroots journey this season as in U16s. Playing in one of the most competitive leagues top division, the West Winch coaching team couldn’t be prouder of how far they have come.”Burwell Maintenance supports local schools and businesses in a facility maintenance capacity, covering East Anglia and Cambridgeshire.”Their support of us this season is very much appreciated,” said Rix.
