This weekend West Norfolk Athletic Club had multiple athletes taking part in the popular Fen 10 road race.Held annually in the Fens, starting from Marshland High School, this race is known for its flat, fast course.The race attracts both competitive runners aiming for personal bests and recreational participants looking to enjoy a scenic route through the rural countryside.Organised by the Fenland Running Club, with supportive local crowds, well-organised amenities, and prizes across various age categories, the Fen 10 has become a notable event in the UK running calendar.Ryan Oakes was first home for WNAC running a time of 1:10:14, Oakes was pacing friend of the club Beth Moden, who also finished with a time of 1:10:14 finishing as the seventh female.Ryan Towsey continued his improvement with another solid outing, completing the 10-mile course in 1:11:28Steven Bolt ran strong to finish with a time of 1:33:15.Susi Rogers-Hartley completed the course as the only wheelchair participant, coming home with an impressive time of 2:05:42.
