Stars host Leicester tonight

Lynn Stars kick off a season-defining month of July when they host Leicester in the Rowe Motor Oil Premiership on Monday (7.30pm).
The PSH Environmental Stars face six league matches during the month, and five of them are at the Adrian Flux Arena.
Whilst the top three in the league table – Ipswich, Sheffield and Belle Vue – have pulled well clear, the battle for the remaining play-off position is still very much on.Oxford and Leicester are currently separated by just one point but neither has been in good form of late, whilst the Stars sit six points behind fourth place with three matches in hand after their recent wins over the Spires and Birmingham.
Two of their next three home matches are against Leicester, with the other coming against Birmingham on Thursday, and a series of wins would make a significant difference to the league table.
Three points are available on Monday as the clash with the Lions is the return fixture of the match in the East Midlands way back in March when Leicester won 47-42.
Team news for the Stars is that rider replacement will be in operation for Tobiasz Musielak at No.1 with Steve Worrall stepping in as a guest for Nicolai Klindt on a busy night of Premiership racing with Birmingham the only club not to be in action.
However, there is a boost for the Stars with Patryk Wojdylo set to return at reserve after missing the KO Cup defeat at Sheffield.
Leicester track a septet which appears solid on paper, led by GP star Max Fricke and including the potential threat of former Stars racer Craig Cook at reserve.
But the Lions are under pressure themselves after some below-par results, although they did hold Belle Vue to a six-point margin at the National Speedway Stadium last week.
Stars manager Rob Lyon said: “We’ve got five home meetings in July, and it’s our chance really to get those league points in the bag and put ourselves in the mix for that fourth position.
“These five matches will be defining – so no pressure and all that, but we do need to win those five home meetings, and if we do, then who knows?”
Lyon does, however, admit the news that KIindt will be out for the remainder of the season after his crash in Poland last week is a massive blow, with the club’s thoughts continuing to be with their Danish star.
He said: “Nicolai is one of the nicest guys in the sport, and he doesn’t deserve that, and it’s two years on the trot now.
“I feel for him. I spoke to him last Wednesday and he’s devastated. No words can really make it feel any better for him at the moment, and we just have to try and plan if we can for replacing him.”
