A Korean traditional martial arts school from Lynn held a grading week so students could grade and progress to the next level in their training.
The first to be graded at the Kuk Sool Won School were the adult students, who demonstrated kicking techniques, hand strikes, empty hand forms, self-defence techniques, falling and to finish they had to demonstrate side kick board break.
The quartet of Steve Groom, Jose Dias, Nallaikumarn Sivarajah, Kathryn Baker were all successful.
Advanced juniors were next to hit the mats, performing all their empty hand forms and self-defence technique with lots of kicking, break falling and fitness.
Connor Kirk, Evelina Sinkevic, Martin Sinkevic, Oliver Redhead all came through with flying colours.
On Wednesday, the school had its first group of white and yellow belts grading.
Youngsters demonstrated their empty hand forms and self-defence techniques, kicks, hand strikes and falling techniques.
Making the grade were: Arnas Marozas, Ben Stephen, Carter Barton, Emilia, Freya Kirk, Harriet Eldridge, Jenson-Paul Rix, Jude Schonfelder, Kevinas Jevsejevas, Lacey Thompson, Maisie-May Blyth, Noah Cooper, Ottilie, Parker Simpson, Samuel Watts, Soraia Dias, Theodore Williams, Eli Finney.
Next up it was the turn of the blue and red belts, where Alyssa Whiley, Charlie Houchen, Esmee Stoker, Reuben Wells, Isabella Wells, Jessica Mary Philip, Johanna Mary Philip, Phoebe Smolen, Poppy Smith, Theo Wells, Jacob Langbridge, Esmerelda Tickle were all successful.
Finally, on the Friday, the school had its second group of white and yellow belts with Alfie Pitcher, Brooke Stoker, Eesa Muhammad, Freddie Pitcher, Grace Oakes, India Pitcher, Meera Sivarajah.
All students displayed great skill and school owners Darren and Marie Brown pass on their congratulations to all.
