West Norfolk Athletic Club’s endurance members have been busy across the county, partaking in a host of midweek distance races.

On Wednesday, William Hayes took part in the Snetterton 10k run, a flat and fast 10k course around the famous motorsports track.

Despite the humid conditions, Hayes still managed a sub-40-minute finish, running a time of 39:50.
